TO BORROW A POPULAR PHRASE FROM SHRILLARY CLINTON "I AM SICK AND TIRED OF LIBERAL RANTS AND BUSH BASHING. JUST TODAY I WAS AT WORK AND IN OUR RECEIVING DEPT, THERE WAS A RADIO PLAYING WITH A LEFTIST HOST. IT COULD HAVE BEEN AIR AMERICA OR SOME OTHER LIB RADIO STATION. ANYWAY THIS FEMALE HOST WAS RANTING AND RAVING HYSTERICALLY HOW THE IRAQ WAR AND BUSH ADMINISTRATION IS BASED ON LIE AFTER LIE AND WE SHOULDN'T HAVE GONE AFTER SADDAM, BUT BIN LADEN INSTEAD. SHE WAS SAYING WE INVADED A SOVEREIGN COUNTRY FOR NO REASON AND FALSE PRETENSES AND THIS IS INSANITY ETC.ETC.
LAST NIGHT FOX NEWS INTERVIEWED ROSIE O'DONNELL WHO WAS ALSO RANTING AND RAVING HOW BUSH SHOULD BE TRIED IN THE HAGUE FOR WAR CRIMES AGAINST THE IRAQI PEOPLE AND HOW HE LIED ABOUT GOING TO WAR AND WE INVADED A SOVEREIGN STATE. THESE ARE ALL DEMOCRATIC TALKING POINTS, PURE EMOTION DEVOID OF FACT.
FIRST OF ALL, WE DIDN'T JUST INVADE A SOVEREIGN STATE. THESE PEOPLE WOULD HAVE YOU THINK IRAQ WAS A PEACEFUL LITTLE COUNTRY PARADISE AND THE BIG BAD UNITED STATES ATTACKED IT.
FIRST OF ALL, THE UN SPENT 12 YEARS AND 17 RESOLUTIONS DEMANDING SADDAM GIVE UP HIS WMD'S. EACH TIME HE REFUSED. HE DIDN'T SAY HE DIDN'T HAVE THEM. BUSH WENT BEFORE THE UN AND THEY DISCUSSED GOING IN AFTER COMING UP WITH RESOLUTION 1441 AUTHORIZING US TO DO SO. This was after several months of deliberations. We then sent cars in areas and planes overhead dropping leaflets for several days warning the Iraqi people we were going to start bombing and to seek shelter elsewear. If they stayed, it was their fault if they got bombed and died. We only hit strategic targets anyway and are now rebuilding any homes and buildings that were destroyed. Saddam was one of the most evil people on the planet and killed close to a million people in the most hideous, grossest, disgusting ways and took millions from countries in the oil for food program never using the money to get his people food but built palaces for himself instead. We know the hijackers were trained on the airplane fuselage at Salman Pak airport because we found their names on a list there. That's reason enough for us to go there. I read that the original plan is to make Iraq the battle field for the war on terror because all the terrorists from around the world would gather there and we could kill them that way. That's just what's happening with the insurgents that are all coming there now. Bin Laden is useless with all his fighters gone.
So continue to rant and rave you liberals.You're continuing to destroy your party as long as you have people like Howard Dean screaming and making his off the wall attacks on republicans, Shrillary Clinton yelling and screaming and Richard (Turbin) Durbin giving aid and comfort to the enemy. (I apologize for the capital letters at the beginning here denoting me shouting, but it is aimed at these raving lunatic libs I heard today and over the week-end on TV). I agree with the title of Michael Savage's new book. Liberalism is truly a mental disorder.
